1. Is there a security deposit required for direct booking?
Yes, a refundable $500 deposit is required which is refunded to you within three business days.
2. How does direct booking work?
By booking directly with us, you will avoid the third-party service fee. We will send a lease agreement to you, once you have reviewed and agreed to the terms and conditions, we will proceed toward payment.
3. What type of payment options do you accept?
We accept personal checks, Venmo, and Zelle at no charge. We also accept PayPal, but there will be a 3% fee added.
4. Do you allow groups under 25 and Senior week groups?
Yes, we accept groups under the age of 25 however you would be required to purchase a damage insurance policy of $119. This policy covers up to $5000 of damage.
5. How much can I save when I book directly?
When you book directly with us you don't have to pay the 3rd party service fee which is typically around 15-20% of the stay.
6. How do we get access to the property once we have reserved it?
All of our properties are equipped with electronic keypads, 3 days prior to your arrival, we will send out a welcome letter with a unique code for you to access the property.
7. Is there a washer and dryer at the property for me to use?
Yes, all of our properties are equipped with a washer and dryer for you to use.
8. Are linens and towels available at the property?
We provide comforters and pillows. Guest are responsible for bringing their linens and towels or they can purchase a linen service through 3rd party. Typically cost of linen rental ranges from $125-$200 for their during of stay. (This does not apply to unit 4005-Ocean Front)
9. Do you allow parties?
No, we do not allow parties. Per Ocean City noise ordinance quiet is observed between 10 pm-7 am.
10. Are pets allowed?
Sorry, we are a pet-free home.
11. Is there a pool?
Most of our property has a community pool that guests are welcome to use. Please check specific listings.
