Guests will have full access to the entire house and the beach. This townhouse includes free Wi-Fi, two designated parking spots, and additional street parking. Beach essentials such as chairs, a shade canopy, floats, toys, and bikes are provided, making your stay hassle-free and fun for everyone.

• High school seniors and guests under 25 must obtain approval from the homeowner before booking.

• Linens and towels are not provided, but rental services are available. A list of companies will be provided after booking. Pillows and blankets are included.

• We provide a limited supply of toiletries: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels per stay, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 laundry detergent pods. Feel free to bring your own, as these items will not be replenished during your stay.

• No loud parties or disruptive noise. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

• Per Ocean City Fire Ordinance, no grilling or open flames are permitted within 20 feet of the property. 

 

Please be respectful of the property and leave the home in the condition in which it was found. Renters are responsible for any damages, missing items, or broken items. Upon checkout, ensure no dirty dishes are left in the dishwasher, and place all garbage in the large outdoor receptacle. A fine will be charged for noncompliance with any of the above.
